Storage duration: 6 months. In the case of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be deleted after compliance with the tax retention period of 7 years or the retention period of 10 years relevant to the product liability.

5.2 Business Cards

When receving your business card, personal data (title, name, address, e-mail, contact information, and other relevant company and contact data) are collected and processed.
Purpose: to establish contact in the course of business initiation, customer acquisition / customer service, for efficient communication.
Justification: for the purpose of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO and to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGV
Storage duration: 6 months. In the case of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be deleted after compliance with the tax retention period of 7 years or the retention period of 10 years relevant to the product liability.

5.3 E-Mails with Contact Data

When receiving your e-mail, your e-mail personal data (title, name, address, e-mail, contact information and the text of your e-mail) will be processed.
Purpose: to answer your request, to establish contact in the course of business initiation, customer acquisition / customer service, for efficient communication
Justification: for the purpose of our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO and to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGV

- Storage duration: 6 months. In the case of the conclusion of the contract, the data will be deleted after compliance with the tax retention period of 7 years or the retention period of 10 years relevant to the product liability.

5.5 Taking Photos and Videos by the Controller during Trainings, Seminars, and Events

Photos and/or videos will be taken at the event location and processed for the purpose of documenting the training/workshop/course.
Purpose: Taking photos and/or videos at the event location during trainings, seminars, and events to document the training/workshops/course. The photos and/or videos depicting the participants may be used for press reporting and in various (social) media, publications, and on websites for public relations and to showcase the activities of the controller, in order to increase the controller’s visibility.
Justification: Legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR as well as §§ 12, 13 DSG, public relations, and showcasing the activities of the controller to increase the controller’s visibility.
Retention Period: 24 months. In the case of a contractual relationship, the data will be deleted after compliance with the tax retention periods of 7 years or the product liability relevant retention periods of 10 years.

6. Obligatory data processing:

We use the data provided by you (title, name, e-mail address) to send you the newsletter. We need your confirmation that you, as the owner of the e-mail address, agree with the receipt (so-called Double Opt-In). Storage duration: As long as the newsletter is sent and no consent revocation occurs.
